2.1 The site offers for sale a wide variety of items from the company DINAR Designs, known as -
Dinar Studio/Dinar Jewelry Design.
2.2 The Site is intended for making purchases for personal use only, including for the purpose of giving gifts and not for purchases with commercial characteristics. The Company reserves the right not to honor and/or cancel orders and/or purchases that, in its humble opinion and at its discretion, were made in violation of the aforementioned. 2.6.The company provides a warranty for every item purchased on the site, the warranty is valid for one year from the date of issue of the warranty. 3. Placing an order
3.1 In order for the Company to be able to deliver the products you ordered, your offer must be received and recorded in the Company's computer in a proper and orderly manner, containing all the details required for the delivery of the products and your billing. 7.Products supply
7.1.The delivery time for most items sold on the Site is approximately 16-21 business days from the date of order confirmation. Items with a longer estimated delivery time will be indicated on the Site (hereinafter: "Delivery Time").
The calculation of delivery times will be based on business days, i.e. Sunday-Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays. However, the company will make every effort to advance the delivery time.
7.2.The various items will be delivered within the country - via couriers or via Israel Post to the address you provided during the order process (at our sole discretion), unless otherwise specified. 8.Canceling a purchase and returning items
8.1.The company will replace an item purchased through this website, according to the alternatives detailed below, only if they have not been used at all, in their original packaging and without defect and/or wear and tear. 8.2. Items can be returned as a credit for exchange for another item:
8.2.1. Exchange for another item – The item purchased on the DINAR website can be exchanged in accordance with the company's policy. Return/exchange is possible up to 14 days after receiving the jewelry. It is not possible to return/exchange a piece of jewelry that was made to order/a piece of jewelry that has been customized at the customer's request/a piece of jewelry with a personal engraving and/or a piece of jewelry with names. In the event of an item exchange, shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of returning the item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. The condition for exchanging an item as stated is the return of the item to the company according to the conditions determined by the company, such as the method of shipping. The shipping cost for returning the item to the company is borne solely by the customer. Replacing an item as stated will entitle the customer to a credit for the cost of the item actually paid by him (minus original shipping fees paid by the company and other handling fees, if any). As stated, it will be possible to choose another piece of jewelry for the credit amount. No amount of money or refund will be given in the event of differences in amounts, but a credit will be given for the purchase for the difference.
8.2.2. Cancellation of a transaction for a refund can be made up to 2 business days after the purchase only. After the date specified above, the transaction cannot be canceled and no refund can be received. In the event of a transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

8.3. Items shipped from DINAR undergo a rigorous quality control process. However, in the event that the items you ordered were not in good condition upon receipt due to the company's failure, you will not be charged for shipping, packaging, return shipping, or handling fees. If you receive a defective or improper item. Every effort will be made to offer you to replace the defective item with a working item, and accordingly you will be given the option to accept the working item or cancel your order.
